As doctors we agree to:

• Make the care of our patients our first concern.
• Protect and promote the health of patients
• Provide a good standard of practice and care.
• Treat patients as individuals and respect their dignity.
• Ensure that patients’ confidentiality is preserved.
• Work in partnership with patients.
• Be honest and open and act with integrity.

What Doctors Expect

• Patients act with courtesy and politeness towards the doctors and surgery staff.
• Patients attend appointments and inform the surgery whenever an appointment cannot be attended.
• Patients attend and have all tests that doctors/nurse are requesting both at the surgery and at the hospital.
