Missed Appointments

 If you are unable to keep a pre-booked appointment please ensure that you contact the practice well in advance to cancel the appointment.

 The Practice is experiencing a rise in the number of patients who do not attend for their pre-booked appointments. 

In accordance with the Practice Did Not Attend (DNA)Policy -  in these circumstances those patients who do not contact the surgery to cancel an appointment and do not attend for their appointments for more than two times in any year will be sent warning letters and then may be removed from the Practice list. 

It is with regret that this action needs to be taken but it is in the interests of all patients who require appointments.

 We are also aware that the surgery telephone lines may be busy during the working hours. 

In case you need to cancel your appointment, you can now text CANCEL to the number which is on the text message confirming the appointment booked 

 There is now a facility for you to cancel your appointments online.  To manage appointments you will need to access appointments via this website and log in with your username and password.  Please contact the surgery to get your username and password.
