All GP appointments and other requests from 2nd Sept 2025 will have to be submitted via an online form.
Please click on the on the HOME page tab and then on the "Submit new request" link on the banner NHS- Contact us Online.
Your request will be triaged to the right clinician or service. This aims to reduce waiting times and improve your experience.
If you would prefer to see a specific doctor, please tell us at the time of booking.
A routine appointment with the doctor is for 10 minutes and for one problem only.
An adult must accompany children under the age of 14 to consultations.

The symptom assessment will ask you a number of questions to help to identify your problem.
The outcome of your assessment will direct you to the right treatment, whether emergency care, your GP, nurse or self-care.
The information you provide will be shared with our clinical team (where appropriate) and will assist in providing robust information of your problem to the required clinical team member prior to your appointment.
If you find it difficult to use a computer or smartphone you can contact the reception team to help you.

Extended access hours
The telephone switches over to the GP out-of-hours Service at 18:30 .
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please cancel your appointment / OR inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
There is now a facility for you to cancel your appointments online via NHS app.
